In case you thought you had wandered into a massive Democratic National Campaign Headquarter, let me put you at ease.  

What this is is a sampling of the many emails I receive on a hourly basis from the various candidates who are running on the Democratic ticket and who are going down to the wire, despite the Koch, Rove, Bush, and the others who are pouring millions of dollars to convince viewers to keep them in office.  We know who the culprits are that have caused millions to try and thwart our candidates - the repuglycons and their minions --

Dear Gloria:

My first vote in the U.S. Senate was a failed attempt to end a filibuster.The vote happened almost immediately after Vice President Biden swore me in, and it reminded me what I was elected to do -- to try something different, to work with anyone serious about moving America forward.

 

Our shared belief that we can overcome the cynicism crippling Washington is up for a vote this November, and it’s under attack from outside groups who realize we are the best chance to create change on issues like criminal justice reform and reducing poverty. I’m asking: Please -- help me to counter their message of blame and cynicism with a positive vision for the future of our country. 

 

Sir Edmund Hillary, the first person to climb Mount Everest said, “There is something about building up a comradeship -- that I still believe is the greatest of all feats -- and sharing in the dangers with your company of peers.”In to  day’s Washington, where cynical obstructionism has become common-place, reaching across the aisle to work together is often seen as a dangerous proposition.  I reject those politics because I believe that doggedly pursuing common goals is the only way we can create real, positive change for all Americans. It means a lot to have you on this journey with me.
